This User Agreement contains the rules that must be followed when using the Site. If you do not agree with the rules, you must immediately stop using the Site. Using the Site means that you agree to the terms of this User Agreement.

This User Agreement is created to maintain order on the Site. The User Agreement is mandatory for all visitors of the resource.

Terms and Definitions:

"Site" – is an Internet resource located on the Internet. The concept of the Site includes its software, design, database, as well as all its sections and subsections.

"Site Administration" – is the management of the Site. The Site Administration owns all exclusive property rights to the Site, including the rights to the Site's domain name and its administration.

"User" – is a person who has registered on the Site and has an individual login and password, as well as a User Profile. Also, in this User Agreement, a User is also understood as a person who did not go through the registration procedure but uses the Site or has used it in the past. Any visitor to the Site who uses it, accessing the Site, thereby confirms his consent to this User Agreement, as well as the application to him of the provisions contained in the User Agreement.

"User Profile" – is a special section of the Site that contains personal information about the User, as well as other information that only this User has the right to post. Only one Profile can belong to one User.

"Information" – is any information regardless of the form of its expression, which was posted by the User on the Site, including: personal data, links to other resources, text messages of any nature, photos, audio or video recordings, computer programs, and more.

"Database" – is an objective form of expression and organization of complex data, systematized so that this data can be read and processed using the Site's software, hardware, and technical means.

"Spam" – mass, unexpected for the recipient or not authorized by him mailings of an advertising, informational or any other nature.

1. Registration

- Passing the User registration procedure means agreeing with this User Agreement, accepting obligations to comply with the rules contained therein. The User, agreeing with the User Agreement, takes on the obligations to fulfill the conditions specified in the User Agreement or, in case of disagreement, undertakes to immediately stop using the Site.

- The User, using the Site, confirms his legal capacity and competence.

- To be able to use all the services of the Site, a person must register on the Site.

- From the moment of completing the registration procedure, the User agrees to the automatic processing and use of his personal data specified during registration or subsequently in connection with the use of the resource.

- It is not allowed to use the Site for any purpose prohibited by law.

- The User undertakes to provide truthful, accurate Information in full during the registration procedure and to keep the Information up to date. If the specified Information changes, the User must change it within a reasonable time.

- If the User provided incorrect Information during registration, or if the Site Administration has reasons to believe that the Information provided during registration is incorrect, unreliable, violates the rules established in this User Agreement, the User uses someone else's data, then the Site Administration reserves the right to suspend or cancel the registration, stop the User's ability to access all or some of the Site's capabilities, and delete the Profile.

2. Restrictions

Site Users are prohibited from:

- publishing materials containing pornographic information;

- posting advertising materials, commercial messages, spam, pyramid schemes without prior agreement with the Site Administration;

- independently opening public access to materials in respect of which access was prohibited by the Copyright Holder, Moderator, or Site Administrator;

- using the Site to distribute information that contradicts the laws of Ukraine and other countries, violates someone's intellectual property rights;

- using the Site as a source of files for other file-sharing resources;

- leaving comments that are not related to the corresponding section;

- writing reviews copied from other resources or written not according to the rules established for adding a review;

- providing access (Login and password) to other users.

The administration has the right to:

- disconnect the User who violates the rules established by this User Agreement;

- change this User Agreement and any other rules for using the Site without prior notice to the User.

3. Decency Standards

The Site Administration has the right to refuse access to the Site to Users who:

- use obscene language;

- insult other Site Users,

- after warning, repeatedly violate the rules established in this User Agreement.

4. User's Personal Data

- Information about the User that is in his Profile contains personal data. At the same time, the specified personal data is publicly available. Any User can familiarize himself with the personal data of other Users.

- Despite the fact that the personal data of Users is publicly available, the Site Administration, when processing personal data, undertakes to take all possible organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access using methods not provided for using the Site.

- Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of access to Users' personal data by other persons due to a malfunction of the Site, a virus, a hacker attack, technical malfunctions, and other circumstances. The User agrees with this and undertakes not to make claims if, for the specified reasons, the User's personal data becomes known to other persons.

- By providing his personal data, the User confirms that he does so voluntarily, as well as provides this information to the Site Administration for processing. If the User does not agree with the specified provision, he must immediately delete the Profile and use the site as an unregistered User.

- The User undertakes not to specify on the Site personal data belonging to other persons, as well as not to use the personal data of other Users in a way that contradicts the legislation of Ukraine, for profit and other purposes that do not correspond to this User Agreement and the purposes of the Site.

5. Authorization on the Site

- The User's login and password required for authorization on the Site are intended for individual use by the User.

- The User undertakes not to provide his login and password to other Users and other persons, as well as to take measures to ensure that the login and password are not known to third parties. The login and password give access to those sections of the Site that are intended only for registered Users, as well as to personal pages that are intended exclusively for this User.

- If another person, except for the User, logs in under the User's login and password, then all actions performed by such a person will be considered performed by the User. The User is responsible for all actions performed by him on the Site, as well as for all actions performed on the Site by any other persons authorized under the User's login and password.

- The User undertakes to keep the password secret from third parties. The User is responsible for the consequences of using the password by other persons.

- The Site Administration is not responsible for the loss or damage of data that may occur due to the User's violation of the User Agreement.
